Woods of Brushy Creek

This neighborhood is lined with wide streets and mature trees. It is a smaller development that was built in the 1980’s thru 90’s. They are part of the RRISD and their schools include Great Oaks Elementary, Cedar Valley Middle School, and Round Rock High School (date).  They are currently all exemplary rated. There is a neighborhood park called Racine Woods, and private pool for the community. They are also part of the Brushy Creek MUD, which offers a wider variety of amenities including a year round heated pool (see Brushy Creek MUD).  The homes vary in sizes from 1300-3000 sq ft and include single and two stories. It is very convenient to major highways such as IH35, Hwy 620, Hwy 183, and Toll 45. Whether you want to enjoy a day shopping in La Frontera, or at Lakeline Mall, they are both close in distance and easy to get to.
